Hospice is designed to address the physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of the dying process. Under the supervision of a licensed hospice provider, the client is provided with support to assure their final stages of life are dignified, with maximum comfort, in the same peaceful surroundings they have chosen as their home.

At Hilltop Assisted Living we have contracts from professional hospice agencies in our area already in place for you to choose from. We will also welcome other qualified hospice providers when you have a preference.

We will assist you in the referral process to a hospice agency of your choice.

Hospice Care is billed through Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance companies.
